Happy Tuesday! errr should I saw Monday? Well it’s technically Tuesday, but defiantly feels like a Monday. The good news is, it’s a short week!!
And now we can unofficially say Fall has arrived! I just love this time of year. The weather is perfect because it’s warmer during the day, but cools down so nice at night. And you get to wear sweaters with shorts, which makes for the perfect Fall transitional outfit.
Sweaters are without a doubt the best part about fall. I have quite the collection and always seem to be adding more and more. But this time of year it can be a little tricky to wear them. It still gets hot during the day so you don’t want to sweat all day. So, I love to pair them with shorts. And I have been living in these jean shorts all summer long. Levi’s also makes them in a darker color, which I own (see them in this post here) and in black (tempted to buy these!).
Now let me tell you about these booties! They are the perfect heel height and oh, so comfortable! And I am so excited I was finally able to get them in my size (see my full review here). They look adorable with shorts, dresses and jeans and are perfect for fall. If you don’t have a pair in your closet yet, I highly recommend them 🙂
I hope everyone’s week flies by! It’s aways hard to go back to work after a long weekend.

I love the time of year when I can pair shorts with sweaters. It doesn’t last long in Texas. It seems to go from hot to cold pretty quick.
I agree, we don’t get that much time to wear outfits like this in Chicago either because it starts to get cold!
