I know it may not seem like it from all of my outfit posts, but I LOVE the color navy. I even bought a navy couch with three animals in my house (I ask myself every week what I was thinking when I made this decision!). Lately, I don’t have much of this color in my closet. So when I saw this navy eyelet top, I knew I had to have it. And I knew that I would wear it all the time.
You might be sick of this top by now. I’ve worn it a few times on Instagram already, but I just can’t get enough. It’s so comfy and so so so cute. And it can be worn many ways. Whether for date night, running errands on the weekend or to the office. It’s perfect for all occasions!
I’ve worn these shorts all summer long (you can see some outfit posts on Instagram), but I just realized I haven’t done a post on them yet on the blog! I bought this darker pair back in April for our trip to Charleston and I liked them so much that I had to have the lighter version as well.
They fit so well on me and are perfect to throw on over the weekend or you can dress them up for date night with a pair of wedges. For sizing, I did go up two whole sizes, but that is just my preference. They are a little big in the waist, but they fit really well in the thighs which is why I sized up. I prefer my shorts looser, especially around the legs.
And I can’t forget about my dark lipstick!! This is my absolute favorite lipstick for fall, so you will be seeing a lot of it! I am obsessed with this color and I love adding it into my wardrobe as we start to transition into fall. You can read more about it in this post here.
