The 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary sale is in full force! Items are going quicker than I’ve ever seen them go before and I’m in shock. There are a few things that I am dying for Nordstrom to re-stock. I’m obsessively checking their site every morning to see if anything has been re-stocked yet. Because so many items I like are sold out online I decided to go shopping the old fashioned way- in store! I thought I would take you along with me and show you some items I tried on in my fitting room!

This is one of my go to outfits in the fall time- a cardigan and jeans. Last year at the sale I bought a pair of Rag & Bone jeans and have been obsessed with them ever since. They are very similar to these, except the color. I found them to run a little on the smaller size. I’m wearing my normal size, but I know I would be more comfortable in them if I sized up. And as you know J.Crew is one of my favorite retailers and I love that Nordstrom now carriers them! The color of this cardigan is perfect for the Fall.

I didn’t expect much from the jeans being how inexpensive they are, but they were the cutest ones I tried on! They have a ton of stretch and are high waisted. And I love the color of them. This tee is one that I would wear a ton, layering under sweaters or on it’s own. The ruffle detailing gives it a little something extra too.

I have been obsessed with this brand for a while now- they are just a little out of my price range! I love how feminine and girly their dresses are and I die for all the ruffles they use in their designs. Even on sale this dress is still a bit more than I would spend. But while I was browsing the store, I saw that they had my size and I just had to try it on. It is adorable on, but does run small. I’m wearing a size 4 but it just fit. My shoulders felt a little tight and even around my arms I could barely move. I recommend sizing up. If you have a fancy wedding or even a fancy bridal/baby shower this would be perfect for any occasion! And you bound to get a ton of compliments on it!

Rails is always such a good brand to snag on sale during the sale because their stuff is pretty pricey. The fabric of this top is so so soft. And what would Fall be without a plaid top?!

The color of this sweater is what initially drew me to it. And it is even prettier in person! The material is so soft and comfy and you can tell this is something you would live in all Fall long! It is a cropped but still hit me at my waist. And I usually have a really hard time with v-necks because they hang too low, but this one did not bother me at all. It comes in a total of 6 different colors.

I originally had this item in my shopping cart, but decided not to buy it. So when I saw it in store I knew I had to try it on. It didn’t have much hangar appeal at all. In fact, I almost didn’t try it on because I just didn’t like it. But I am so glad I did because I love it! I didn’t originally buy it because a lot of times with flowy dresses they make you look huge, but this one fits so well! I’m actually so glad I tried it on. The color is even more pretty in real life too.
