What I Wore to Work Last Week

I know I’ve said this before, but if you are new around here I will fill you in. I have get dressed up for work every day. My office is very professional and classy. And while some days I just want to roll out of bed and throw on my favorite pair of jeans, I actually like our dress code. It makes me feel like I’m more put together. So many offices are moving to a more casual vibe these days. My office is just very slow to take that on. It can be hard to find dressy office attire so here are some of my favorite pieces that I wear on repeat. And here are some outfit ideas on what I wore to work last week!

These are a new pair of pants I picked up for spring that I am in love with! They are linen so they wrinkle very quickly, but it’s worth it because they are super lightweight. I’m also obsessed with these shoes. In fact, I also own the same pair in white and black. They are that good I swear! Kurt actually bought these for me for Christmas because he said nude is my favorite color which is actually kind of true haha.

These are one my all time favorite pants for work! They are slim fitting and are super comfy. I also own these in black and wear them both a ton. And these shoes are the most comfortable slides ever. I swear it feels like you are walking on clouds. I don’t like fussy shoes for work, so these are perfect to just throw on and go when you are in a hurry. And it helps that they are under $100!

I decided this spring to splurge on these Gucci slides and let me tell you they are worth every penny! They are such a solid shoe and are unbelievably comfortable. I wear a lot of black to work and right now, these are my go to shoe.

I love these chino pants in the spring time because it helps to save on my dry cleaning bill (you can throw them in the regular wash!). And let’s talk about these loafers. They are literally the most comfortable pair of shoes. This is the loafer version of the slide I have above in white and they are just as comfortable. And they literally go with anything.

My office only allows us to wear jeans once a month, which is just crazy! But I wanted to share a great office appropriate outfit for casual Friday’s.
