I don’t want to jinx it but we have been having some sleep issues with Sloane and I think we finally figured it out- thank goodness! Toddler sleep is no joke! I feel like you always hear about infant sleep and always ask if your baby is sleeping thru the night but what about toddler sleep?! I had no idea there was a really bad sleep regression around this time. Really hoping we are over the hump though.
We were thinking about getting her a big girl bed because she was already sleeping so poorly, but now I think we might hold off. It’s so hard to tell when the right time is. She’s not climbing out yet and I know she loves her cozy crib so for now she’s staying in it haha. I do already have this bed picked out for her when we do decide to pull the trigger.
Last week on the blog, I talked about my new obsession with rechargeable lamps and some cute shades that go on them. We have one and it is so nice and convenient. The shade just makes it really cute! And Mother’s Day gift ideas. Basically this post is just my wish list haha. But also great gift ideas. I’m not sure how we plan to celebrate Mother’s Day this year, but I’m excited to spend it with my family š
I used to shop at Madewell a lot and then, for whatever reason, they went in a different direction and I haven’t bought anything in a really long time. But right now they have the cutest stuff!! Here are some of my picks.

It was so nice on Monday! Even a little humid which felt great haha. I was a little chilly in the morning so I threw on a sweater but by the afternoon it was way too warm for that!

Sloane woke up a couple of times the night before- I think she was cold because all of our windows were open and even I got cold! So I was a little tired and just wanted to be comfy š
I love these new white jeans I got a few weeks ago! I ended up having dinner with two of my girlfriends that night and threw on my jean jacket because it got chilly as the sun went down.

I am really loving these new sneakers I got (they run big, I went down a full size!). The colors are perfect to pair with almost everything in my wardrobe. And they look cute with jeans or leggings. I can’t wait to pair them with dresses once it gets a little warmer.

Sloane wanted to join in on my photo! I had brunch with my girlfriends and it was a lot of fun. So happy we were all able to make it work. And then that night we had sliders at my brother in law and sister in laws house and Sloane got to play with her cousins. We all had a blast!

And another one Sloane wanted to be part of! We are in our princess phase and it’s all she wants to wear! I just got these shorts from Quince (gifted) and they are so comfy and just easy to throw on. The perfect lounge short. I will be wearing them all summer long.
