I really wanted to share some of my recent purchases that I’ve made over the last month or so. Around the holidays, not only do I do a lot of Christmas shopping, but I also take full advantage of the sales for myself! And I wanted to share what I’ve been buying before everything I bought is sold out.

I love this jacket so much! Not only is it under $100, but the quality is so so good! I choose the bright red, but it also comes in black, cream and brown. I know red can scream Christmas, but it will also be super cute for Valentine’s date night, so keep that in mind and don’t shy away from the bold color. It’s also super warm and cozy. So not only do you look cute, but you stay warm too!

I am obsessed with this sweater coat that I just bought from Ann Taylor!!! And I’ve worn it every other day since I bought it-not kidding. And I’ve also received a ton of compliments every time I’ve worn it. This time of year, I always gravitate towards wearing leggings. Maybe it’s because this time of year I’m a little less strict with my diet, so I just want to be a little more comfy! So I like wearing and buying items that pair nicely with leggings and this sweater coat does just that. It will also transition nicely into spring and can be worn as an actual coat when the weather starts to warm up.

Do you remember this post and this post from earlier this year? I raved about this sweater! And it truly is the best material ever. It is so soft and the fit is just too good. It is loose and easy to throw on, yet still looks polished with jeans or even dressy pants for work. I already own it in a few different colors, #guilty, so I really liked that this striped one was the same fit and material, but a bit different than anything else I have in my closet.
And let’s talk about these booties. I had ordered two different pairs before my trip with my mom to NYC and I was completely torn! (For reference this was the other pair I almost kept in the Burgundy leather). I kept picturing how I would wear each pair and truthfully I changed my mind every other second on which pair I was going to return. I ended up keeping this J.Crew pair because they were just so cozy and kept my feet nice and toasty warm, which I knew I would appreciate in January when it was freezing outside. And I just love the red laces! They also make them in a wedge version, which are also super cute!

I’ve been wearing this sweater non stop this last month. The neck on it is great because it gives you the illusion of a turtleneck without the hassle of the bulkiness. And I’m obsessed with these work pants! You can’t tell, but they are actually a navy color and after wearing them a couple of times, I also bought them in black. And texted my mom saying she needed them too! I’ve been on the hunt for a skinny version of work pants and finally found the perfect pair. And not to mention that these are machine washable which is a huge win!

One of my favorite combos to wear is a sweater, jeans and heels. It sounds so simply, but I like to take it to the next step by making the outfit feel extra dressy. And you can do that by wearing a pair of black coated denim. Mine are from last year, but here is a similar pair. And this is such a classy sweater. Another one that has been on repeat lately. It’s selling out fast, so I’m sorry if it is no longer available!

I swear Abercrombie makes the best sweaters! I have one from last year that is still on major repeat this year and I’m still not sick of it yet. This one is great because it’s a little more lightweight so it’s perfect to transition into spring or on a cooler winter day. I also really like the length on it because it pairs nicely with leggings too.

These are another pair of work pants that I’ve been liking a lot lately (I also own them in black). They aren’t an itchy wool so they are comfortable to wear all day long. And I like the classy fit of them.
