Can you even believe that Thursday will already be Thanksgiving?!?!? Where did Fall go? I feel like we went straight from summer and 90 degree weather to winter and cold and windy. Where has the year gone?! Regardless, I happen to love this time of year. There are always so many fun, festive things to do, especially living in Chicago. And it’s the biggest shopping time of the year! So, make sure you check back Friday because I will have a whole Black Friday post with all of my favorite items from all the retailers I shop!
Today I’m kicking off my gift guide series! I’ve been so excited for this holiday season. I mean I put my tree up the weekend after Halloween and I’ve been decorating ever since. I have a few more items coming in the mail and then I plan on doing a whole post about my decor because I just love how it turned out this season!
You guys all know by now one of my favorite retailers to shop at is J.Crew so I thought, why not do a J.Crew holiday gift guide?!? They have items for everyone on your list. And as I was shopping last week, I realized that they got in a ton of new arrivals! And they even have a few new home decor items which are perfect for gifting season.
I want to point out a couple of items because a lot these I own myself. Last year, I wore this scarf all season long and I felt so festive. And I own a couple of these hats– they look adorable on! I picked up the red this year to match my plaid scarf from last year. And how adorable are these pj’s? I like that they aren’t your typical flannel ones because those tend to get a bit hot during the winter months when you are all bundled up under the covers. And lastly, I don’t think I’ve ever been more in love with this sweater– I seriously want it in ever color. It is this super comfy and almost stretchy material. Sounds super weird, but I swear you will be obsessed too!
