Mom’s day is slowly creeping up so I wanted to be sure to share some Mother’s Day gift ideas today! Most of these items are currently on my wish list or items I own and love. Here we go!
Mother’s Day Gift Ideas
Pillow– I love the idea of this small little pillow that you place between your arms when you sleep. Everyone who has it says they never would have thought they needed it, but now they can’t sleep without it. As a side sleeper I think I would really enjoy this while sleeping. Or even just to cuddle up and watch TV in bed at night.
Key Necklace– As I’ve been getting dressed lately, I really wish I had a longer pendant style necklace. This key charm has been on my wish list for a few years now. This brand of jewelry is beautiful by the way! I own a bracelet I never take off and always get compliments on it.
Oyster Plate– I love these plates so much and I think they are so unique and just so cool. I really want one to display in my cabinet in our living room. The colors on this one are so pretty!
Belt– I have been wearing more belts lately and I really need a more neutral colorway in my closet. This is a belt that is a classic and you would wear for years and years to come.
Earrings– Lately, I have been craving more jewelry in my wardrobe. Years ago, I worked at Claire’s in the jewelry buying office and did nothing but look at jewelry all day long and I swear to you it made me numb to jewelry haha. I was kind of sick of it. But I’ve been wanting to add some new pieces and I really love these earrings– such a pretty blue on a classic pair of earrings.
Striped Sweater– I’ve always been a huge sweater lover. They are what I reach for almost every day so I don’t mind spending a little bit more on them because I wear them so much. My go to sweater is a cotton one because you get so much more wear out of them. I wear my cotton sweaters year round- great for chilly summer nights or I will layer a long sleeve top underneath for extra warmth in the winter. I adore this sweater so much. The classic roll neck, the stripes, the color- it’s perfect!
Navy Flats– I bought these flats earlier this year in the color Amaretto and they are absolutely gorgeous. Truly, one of my favorite pairs of shoes. I always feel like ballet flats make my feet look really fat haha, but these elongate your foot and look beautiful on. And they are really comfy right out of the box. I went off their size chart and it was dead on- mine fit great. This is a shoe that I will absolutely own in more than one color. Next on my wish list is navy!
Straw Clutch– This clutch has been around for years and every year I say I am going to buy it but then I never do. But as I’ve been getting dressed this season, I’ve been realizing it’s a missing piece in my closet. I love how it’s oversized so you can fit everything you need, but it’s still small enough to take to dinner.
Pajamas– These are the absolute best pajamas you will ever wear. And I swear to you they get even better as they age and you wash them. They are pretty much all I own anymore! I prefer my usual size but they do shrink a bit in the wash especially in the length if you want to size up. This pair is on my wish list!
Pitcher– I love asking for anything Mackenzie-Childs for my birthday or special holidays like Mother’s Day. Their pieces are so fun to collect and build over the years. Next on my wish list is this pitcher in the rosy check print. I love that it can function as an actual water pitcher, but you can also add flowers and use it like a vase.
Picture Frame– I would love to receive this picture frame as a Mother’s Day gift with a picture of my daughter and I in it. There are replicas of this frame but the real one is the prettiest! I always go for a 4×6 frame as I really do not like big picture frames.
Plate– I’ve decided I am now a collector of plates haha! I got the light blue plate from this beautiful collection for my birthday from my mom and next on my wish list is this pretty pink and blue color. These plates are just so pretty!! I put them on display in my cabinet, but I also plan to use them (very carefully!) once I get a set of six!
Woven Flats– I’ve become addicted to this shoe brand. I now own three pairs from them and I could keep going. They are seriously the most comfortable pair of shoes I own- always. So well made, but still very classic. Next on my wish list are these woven flats. I wear wear them all spring and summer long!
Bunny– A cute little figurine I have always loved!
Pouch– I love this brand so much- they make the most beautiful bags. I bought this one last year and it’s the perfect bag. When I carry a bigger bag, I have a little pouch I carry with all the mom things in it, but it is filthy!! So I would love to add this leather pouch as I think it would stay much cleaner in my bag.
Kitchen Cleaner– I’ve seen so many rave reviews on this kitchen cleaner and naturally I really want to try it! A great gift for any mom!
