I used to do a post like this and thought maybe I would bring it back. At least for July haha! I can’t believe how quickly this month went by- it flew. We had so much going on, almost too much. I’m excited for August because we have zero plans and just plan on relaxing and enjoying our last few weekends by the pool! Here are 5random things….
1-The brand Saint Owen sent me this pair of sunglasses and I’ve been wearing them nonstop. They are a really cute shape that I’ve been wanting to try. The lenses are also really nice and really help to block out the sunlight. I’ve been wearing them to the pool a ton because they really help to keep the harsh sun out of my eyes.

2-I’ve been lusting over the brand Alice Walk for years now and I’ve never pulled the trigger on anything. I decided to order this long sleeve top– I love the color so much. And now I see the obsession! It’s honestly, the perfect tee. It’s also nice because it’s a little longer so it will be cute with leggings. I know I am going to live in this when it starts cooling down. I really wish they made this in solid colors- how cute would a white one be? The day I wore this outfit, Sloane asked me why I was wearing my pj top haha. And to be fair, she’s not wrong. I have a very similar pair of pj’s I wear all the time! I like what I like! On my wish list is this sweater and this sweatshirt.

3- A few weeks ago, I was at my friends moms house swimming in her pool and she had just redone her kitchen (it’s gorgeous by the way!) and I noticed how clean her pots were haha. I was a little jealous because after over ten years of having ours, they have seen better days. I’ve been on the hunt for new everyday pans but hadn’t landed on anything yet. And then the brand Caraway reached out and asked if they could gift me some. And I said yes!
I have heard so many great things about this brand in the past. And let me tell you, I’m obsessed!! Not only do they look really pretty (I have the ivory), but they are a breeze to clean up. I’ve had them for a month or so now and they still look brand new. And I like how light they are. My pans are really heavy which can make cooking a little scary when it’s heavy and hot. Keep these on your radar because they would be a good Christmas gift!
I have the mini fry pan which I use every morning to cook eggs in. And the fry pan which I use for basically everything else haha. They are also non-toxic which makes me feel better now that we have Sloane. You can just feel how good the quality is. I’m really impressed with them.
4- I don’t think I’ve ever been more obsessed with a dress than this new bow one from Hill House! Last year, for my 40th birthday this was exactly what I was looking for but couldn’t find it. I am really tempted to buy this even though I have nothing to wear this for haha. It’s honestly just adorable and perfect. It would be cute for family photos, weddings, NYE, Christmas- dress it up with heels or it would be really cute with ballet flats. It’s so versatile!
5- I bought Sloane this lamp to sit on her nightstand. I’m slowly updating her room here and there as we transition her to a big girl bed. I got the white wave shade and it’s the most adorable lamp ever. And she loves it. She always wants it on now haha. Is she going to be a little decorator like her mama?!
Anyway, I saw this look for (a lot!) less and had to share! This lamp from Wayfair is only $65 vs. $300. If I had seen this before I ordered her lamp, I would have 100% purchased the Wayfair one as I think it’s a really good version. Now I’m trying to figure out a good place for it in my house haha. I’m actually thinking it would be cute on my desk!
