I think I am going to start a new series that I do every month called 5 things. In this, I will share kind of random ‘things’ which can be anything from a new arrivals I’m loving, a home improvement project I’m working on, life in general, something I’m loving for Sloane, etc. I thought maybe it could be fun!
1- J.Crew launched their new arrivals for October (shop my picks here) and wow, they are even better than the previous launch. I am dying for this sweater jacket!!!! The ruffle on the neck is just adorable. I really love the grey and that’s what I added to my cart, but the green is also perfection. I have a feeling this item is going to be excluded from all promos because there has been a lot of buzz around this item. Which makes me so mad. I like getting their 40% off! I actually think I love it enough to pay full price. Once I order it, I will report back on if I like it.
2-Kurt and I haven’t had much TV to watch lately and Kurt’s mom has been raving about Suits. Anytime we see her, she always says how good it is! So we decided to give it a try and I have to say I really like it. I’m not a huge Megan Markle fan, but I like her in this show. It’s also nice that there are a ton of seasons and the episodes are long so plenty to binge on.
3-I know it feels really early to be talking about Christmas, but I always get so excited to decorate! I can’t stop thinking about these adorable wreaths. They come in two sizes, but the little ones would look adorable on chairs or counter stools. I adore the light blue bow, but the navy bow is also super cute. They would also look really cute tacked to a window in your kitchen.

4-I get asked about details on my coffee table a lot and sadly it is sold out. So I wanted to share some coffee tables I have found that I would purchase today if I didn’t have the one I have now. My absolute favorite is this blue one. The blue is just so good!! And I have really been loving anything burlwood, so I think this one is gorgeous. I also really like the legs on this one. It is kind of weird, but in a really good way! They are honestly all so good.
5-I am really excited for Larson’s holiday cookbook which will be launching this month! I use her recipes almost every night to cook from and they are all delicious. This is the cookbook I have. Every holiday, I am always struggling with what to cook as an appetizer, side dish or even a nice breakfast. And it sounds like she has us covered this holiday season! Will be purchasing!
