Shopbop Spring Sale Picks - Cashmere & Jeans

I’ve actually been waiting for this sale! They have these sales a few times a year and I always enjoy them because they are always perfectly timed to get a jumpstart on clothes for the upcoming season. The sale is take 20% off select items with code FRESH. That includes full price and sale items.

I placed my order yesterday. I ended up ordering this pair of jeans in two sizes, which I included last week in my Spring capsule wardrobe. People said they were stretchy and to size down, but I’m not sure I believe it. And this pair of jeans. I will only keep one pair, but I like to try them on and see which ones I like better.

This pair of shoes is on my wish list- aren’t they pretty?! I have a wedding this summer and we usually have a derby event we attend in the Spring, but outside of that, I can’t think of where I would wear them. I don’t really wear heels that often anymore and these are a bit of a splurge, so I need to think about it.

Anyway, I’m a little disappointed in the sale to be honest. There is a lot that is not included. And certain items from brands are excluded like certain washes of an item. For example, this pair of shorts is included, but this pair isn’t. I really hate when brands do that! But I’m sure it’s because they know people will pay full price for the more popular item. I bought these jeans after I had Sloane so they are a few sizes too big on me and no longer fit. But they are a really cute fit! And I’m tempted to re-buy them. With the 20% off, they are down to $86 🙂 I also think these sneakers are really cute and a really great price. They are $52 on sale! I love a good, preppy white sneaker. They really make an outfit and go with everything. I also think this dress is really cute. And one that can be dressed up or down really easily. Would also be really cute with a blazer thrown over your shoulders when it’s still chilly out.

These are also the best jean shorts– quite possibly ever. I have had a pair for years now. But I think I prefer the longer version these days. Last year, I ordered the longer version, but didn’t think I would need them/was too similar to what I already owned. Well, I regretted it. And so I’m not making the same mistake twice this year! I ordered them haha.
