It’s that time of year again- the Sephora VIB sale!!!! This is one of the best sales of the season and it’s the perfect time to jumpstart your Christmas shopping or get yourself some fun, new makeup! Sephora is one of the best stores to shop at when it comes to makeup. I don’t know about you, but I feel pressured by sales associates at makeup counters. I feel like they don’t know me, or my skin tone and don’t really know what I like. And I don’t like that they only try to sell you ‘their’ brand that they work for. Insert Sephora!! I LOVE going in and taking my time and browsing my favorite makeup brands like Laura Mercier, Nars, DIOR, Bobbie Brown, etc. I play with all of the colors on my skin and most of the time I shoo away the sales associate.
First off, if you don’t have an account yet with Sephora- make sure you sign up for one. That is how they track the points you spend throughout the year and the more money/points that you spend, the earlier you can shop the sale!! Now that you have an account and can start earning points. Make sure that every purchase you make online you sign in with your account. And when you are buying in store you just need to give them your phone number and they can look up your account. Sephora makes it easy to earn points! Here is the breakdown of status/when you can shop and what code to use:
November 10-15 is for Beauty Insider, use code INSIDER15 for 15% off your purchase. Becoming a Beauty Insider is free, so just create an account with your email and start earning points!
November 10-15 is for VIB, use code 20FORVIB for 20% off your purchase. To become a VIB you need to spend at least $350 over the year, which really isn’t that hard! This is my current status 🙂
November 3-6 is for VIB Rouge which is the most elite group. Use code 20FORROUGE to get 20% off your purchase. To become a VIB Rouge you need to spend at least $1000 over the year. Sephora gives preferential treatment to their top clients and allows them to shop the earliest during the sale. I’ve never had an issue with stuff being sold out that I’ve been wanting, so don’t sweat it. I would recommend at least trying to get to VIB status because 20% off is way better than only 15% off!

Kiehl’s Ultimate Strength Hand Salve
This is THE BEST hand cream ever!! I promise! With the winter months approaching and the cold weather, my hands get super dry and this is my favorite product to use. It isn’t greasy at all which I find very difficult to find in a hand cream and it has zero scent which I prefer. And it really works! Last year, Kurt’s hand were super dry and I bought him a tube to keep at his desk and within a week, his chapped hands were back to normal. This would also make for a really cute stocking stuffer!

Dior AirFlash Spray Foundation
This is my favorite foundation ever! And one that I have been using for a few years (you can read more about it here). The foundation is so light and airy and you feel like you have nothing on your skin. But what’s great about it is you still get that full coverage without being weighted down. It makes your skin look flawless. It’s defiantly a little more pricey for foundation, but this bottle lasts me for about 6 months.

GHD 1″ Hair Straightener
I never knew how obsessed I would be about a hair tool until I bought this straightener. I was in the market for one (I should have waited for this sale!) and I decided to give this one a go. I wanted something that would smooth more easily, not cause damage to my hair and something that had rounded edges so I could also use it to curl my hair. This tool gets amazing reviews and now I know why. My hair has never looked better! It stays straight longer, heats up super fast (like less than a minute, I swear!) and my hair is smooth with one simple pass of the tool. I’m so excited for this purchase!

Stila liquid lipsticks are my favorite that I have tried so far! The color is super pigmented and pops on your skin! And the color lasts for hours. Olehenriksen Truth Serum
This Fall season I have had some really bad breakouts. My skin is very sensitive when the seasons are changing, so I always expect to break out. But the weather this year just couldn’t make up it’s mind, so my skin was all over the place. And now I have some dark spots that I’m not very happy about. I’ve been wanting to try a new serum to help even out my skin and this one gets rave reviews. I’m ordering this one and will report back on how I like it!
