The Best Christmas Gifts for a 2 Year Old

These are all of the Christmas gifts I got for my 2 year old this year! I’m pretty excited to give them to her because I think she is going to love playing with them all. Some of these I did go for practicality because they are things she needs or would make life easier haha. A few of these you might recognize from my toddler gift guide. The post went live and my husband and I sat down and shopped from it!

Christmas Gifts

Stroller– This will be here gift from Santa as I am not going to wrap it. I got a cute bow to put on it so it will be sitting under the tree waiting for her. I know she will have a ton of fun pushing her new baby doll around in this.

Baby Doll Set– This is her big gift this year and I think she is going to love it. She does have other baby dolls, but I wanted her to have a nicer one. There are so many different baby dolls to choose from but what I liked about this is the set. It comes with everything you need to be a mom! Plus, I like that you don’t have to search high and low for baby doll clothes. American Girl makes baby doll clothing and accessories so it will be easy to add on other gifts down the road and I know they will work. It takes the guess work out of it. Plus, I would love to take her to the American Girl doll store in Chicago one day!

Baby Doll Clothing– I wanted to get Sloane an extra outfit for her baby doll and I couldn’t pass up this outfit. The little hat is the cutest thing ever!

Purse– I’m really excited to give Sloane this gift! I think she is going to love having her own purse and wearing it all around the house.

Christmas Ornament– This is a tradition I started last year and will continue until she’s at least 18. Every year I get her a Christmas ornament that represents the theme of her birthday party that year. You might remember we celebrated her Twotti Frutti birthday back in July. It was fruit themed and she wore a strawberry outfit so this year I got her a strawberry ornament to remember it! I also took a sharpie and wrote the year on the back so we remember.

Sweatshirt– She is obsessed with Trolls right now and I saw this sweatshirt and knew she would love it! We might end up giving this to her early as we are going to take her to see the Trolls movie in the theater so I thought it would be fun to give her a little present for her first experience at the movie theatres.

Robe– She is always cold when she gets out of the bath, so I think she is going to love wrapping up in a robe. I think I might get it embroidered with her name on it too.

Snack Cup and Spoon– Another little present to go along with her baby doll. I think she will have a lot of fun feeding her baby with this.

Christmas Pajamas, similar here– I actually bought our family matching Christmas pajamas last year after the holiday when they were on super sale. We all have the same pj’s and we are going to wear them on Christmas morning! I plan to let her open this present on Christmas Eve so she can wear them to bed that night. This is another tradition I want to do every year!

Stocking Stuffers

Trolls Tonies– She loves Trolls and the music is really good in the movie so I know she will enjoy this Tonies figurine.

Nail Polish- Purple and Pink– She is always so interested in doing her nails when I do mine, so I thought I would get her some kid safe nail polish and next time she can do her nails too.

Toothbrushes– A practical gift for her stocking!

Other Christmas Gifts for a 2 Year Old

I do know of some other Christmas gifts my 2 year old will be getting this year, so I wanted to include those as well. Her aunt and uncle got her this toy bed for her baby doll. I think she is going to love this so much! It is going to be adorable to see her play mom.

Nana and Papa got her these Ugg boots which are probably the cutest boots ever. I thought these would be perfect for her to wear all winter long to school and what not. I know I live in my Uggs this time of year so I have to imagine she will love them as well. And they also gave us money so she can take swim lessons this winter. I really love the idea of experience gifts, especially at this age. It will be a nice activity for us all to get out of the house this winter, plus she loves swimming. We took lessons last year and she cried every time we had to get out of the pool so I have to imagine it will be the same this year.

And her other aunt and uncle got her this stuffed animal and this mini wagon. She is going to love pulling this wagon around that is her size. I picture her putting her babies and stuffed animals in it. And she adores stuffed animals and sleeps with all of hers every night! It’s really cute.

We have a big family so I know she will get other gifts too. These are just the ones that I know people have told me that they have ordered.
