Hello and happy March! It’s such a good feeling that we have now finally turned the corner and we are that much closer to spring. I recently did some online shopping and I wanted to share with you a mini spring try-on session. Most of the pieces are from, where else do you think haha, J.Crew. But I also have a few items I ordered from Banana Republic too. And I probably should have cleaned my mirror before I took these, but I always seem to forgot. So sorry for the dust specs! I have this broken out into date night looks, workwear and more casual weekend outfits. Enjoy!

I ordered this sweater thinking it would be a really cute item for date night, which is how I would wear it. We always get some restaurant gift cards for Christmas so we have dinner plans next weekend and I’m thinking about wearing this outfit. These types of sweaters don’t usually work for me because they usually are way too low cut and baggy. But this one fits very nicely! I’m wearing an XS.

Would you have even of guessed that this a bodysuit? It’s kind of crazy! I’ve been seeing a lot more bodysuits that look just like a normal top, but tucked in. So I had to try one. This one is really beautiful and I actually think this is a great staple for your closet. I did size up to a small because I always think bodysuits tend to run a bit small. Super cute outfit for date night!

Ok these are a new pant for J.Crew and I’m kind of in love with them. They are a slimmer fit on top and thru most of the leg, but they aren’t your typical skinny pant because of how the bottom flares out a bit. I think this is a really great silhouette and would look great on a lot of women. They come in all your basic colors, but I already have so many of your typical black, navy, etc. in my closet, so I branched out and tried this color. I do like it, but I’m just not sure I’m in love with the color. The fit I am defiantly in love with!

I own these pants in the green color and I thought the pink would be so pretty for spring. I did go up a size because I find them to run a bit on the smaller side. This cardigan is also super cute and it’s a great staple item to have in your closet. This is the perfect layer to add now over any of your spring items like a dress.

This might be my favorite outfit! I have a couple pairs of these pants that I wear all the time in the spring to work. I really like them because I can throw them in the wash and it saves me on my dry cleaning bill every month! So naturally, I had to pick up a grey pair (I already own the khaki and navy). And I’m kind of loving how I can also wear these more casually on the weekends with sneakers. I love this simple striped tee. It is defiantly an oversized fit. I sized up to a small, but I’m debating if I should exchange it for an XS. The sleeves are a little long on me and I can’t decide if that will drive me nuts or not!

This is another favorite of mine! This is the same tee I wore above. And I’ve been wearing these shorts for years and years and years from J.Crew. They come out every year with the same style, just new colors. So I think that’s saying something about how good they are! I’m loving the yellow this year. I do size up two sizes in these to an 8. But I’m also super crazy and absolutely hate my shorts being tight. So I’m probably just weird in that sense!

I thought this top was a really good layering piece to wear now with sweaters or blazers and later on it’s own with white jeans! I know the color looks black, but in real life its a dark navy.
