Did you know that Christmas Eve is the most popular day to get engaged? Followed by Christmas Day and then New Year’s Day. Chances are, you know someone who blew up your Facebook and Instagram feeds over the holidays. And now that your friend has that sparkly ring on her finger, you will have quite a few events to attend for the happy couple. The first event being their engagement party!
You don’t necessarily have to bring a gift, but I always like to bring a little something, especially if they are one of my good friends. I always wait until the last minute to think of gift ideas, so today I’m giving you some ideas I have of gifts for the newly engaged couple. And if all else fails you can always grab a quick bottle of wine or champagne on the way to the party. Trust me, I’ve had to do this plenty of times!
I just love weddings too. In fact I’ve always dreamed of owning my own bridal salon someday or being a bridal planner (although I’m not sure I’m ready to give up my weekends). I’ve done a few posts in the past on wedding related stuff, but plan on more to come. This part is truly a passion for me, so I hope you will find it helpful.
