I always love doing festive activities this time of year and that includes a trip to the pumpkin patch. With all of the rain lately, I was starting to get a little nervous that we wouldn’t be able to go this year. But last Saturday’s forecast was perfect weather for the pumpkin patch.
The suburbs of Chicago have the best pumpkin patches and we have been gong to Goebertt’s Farm since I moved to Chicago. It is more than just pumpkins too. They have a huge petting zoo with giraffes and zebras and all kinds of other animals. It is so much fun! And of course they have the typical activities like the corn maze, wagon ride and donuts (my fav!).
This year for my pumpkin patch outfit, I decided I wanted to be cozy and warm! It’s always so breezy at the pumpkin patch and I hate being cold. I just got this new fleece from Abercrombie & Fitch and it is perfect for Fall weather. The material is so soft and cozy and the fact that it looks super expensive but is less than $70 (I got mine on sale so it was only $40!). And I have been loving these tassel sneakers. I wear them every chance I get because they are just the cutest!!
