So, I typically only ever buy nude shoes.  My closet is full of the same color shoes and I am not ashamed of it.  Nude literally goes with anything and they make your legs looks super long.  You can do no wrong with a nude flat, heel, wedge, etc.  But I am sort of getting sick of the same shoes.  Ok I said it.  So I decided to step out of my comfort zone a little and purchase these pink lace up heels.

Pink is one of my all time favorite colors.  Especially light pink like these shoes.  It looks good with my lighter skin tone and my blond hair.  I just always feel more feminine when I am wearing pink.  These days I am starting to think of pink as more of a neutral color, especially if it is a light pink.  It goes with everything!

When I purchase shoes I don’t mind spending a little more money on them these days. Quality over quantity is my motto, so if I know I am going to wear them a ton- it’s worth it to me to pay a little bit more to get better quality.  BUT the best part about these shoes is they are pretty cheap at only $110!!!!  I didn’t expect much because it’s pretty hit or miss with Steve Madden shoes, but I assure you these are good quality.  They are super comfortable and easy to walk in, which is a must for my lifestyle (we literally walk everywhere!).

I am also slightly obsessed with this top by Club Monaco.  I felt so cute wearing it and I love that the sleeves give you a little extra coverage and keep you warm #alwayscold So here is a little secret.  I love Club Monaco’s clothing, but they are on the pricier side, so I always wait until I have a coupon or they are running a sale until I buy anything.  Shopbop sells Club Monaco and they occasional have sales, so make sure to check their site too.  I also signed up for emails from Club Monaco so they give you a discount off your first purchase.  And now that I have bought items from them, I have noticed that they now email me more ‘secret’ coupons to purchase more.  Well your marketing ploy is working, Club Monaco, because everytime I get a coupon I buy something else.

Anyway this would be the perfect date night look or a night out on the town with the girls.  What is your favorite color to wear?

      Haha I know what you mean! I’m not much of a black person (as I write this I am looking down at my outfit and realizing it’s all black hahahaha).
