I recently grabbed this sweater from J.Crew in tan and I am so obsessed with it. If you follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed that I have posted it a few different times and wear it all the time to work! It’s the perfect sweater for summer. I was recently out shopping and I saw this sweater in black. And I knew I needed it in another color!
I always struggle with being cold and I wear this all the time at my office because it’s FREEZING. But then I am always hot on my walks home from the train #firstworldproblems This sweater is lightweight and still breathable which makes it perfect for my situation! And I love that it can be more casual for the weekends or dressed up at the office. I can also picture myself wearing this with a white collared shirt once it cools down a little. It is such a versatile sweater!
My closet doesn’t have a lot of black in it. I know this may be a shock to everyone, but I just don’t really like black all that much. I much rather prefer navy, browns, whites, etc. You have so many more options to mix and match than you do when you have a closet full of black. BUT I do have to say, as we start to transition into Fall, I start adding a little more black into my wardrobe. So this sweater is perfect for this time of year!

Oh, I was wondering where you lived for you to wear a sweater in the summer, but I totally understand your reasoning now hahaha if I didn’t have to carry all the heavy sweaters back to school, I would totally be shopping for fall right now >_<
I am in Chicago, but am always chilly! We have a lot of wind which in my opinion always makes it seem more cold than it actually is. And I wear them all the time to the office because it’s freezing!! Good luck with school!

These are actually very comfy and easy to walk in. They may look a little intimidating but you feel like you are walking on air! And these are my fav shorts- I every year I add new colors to my collection!
